You've landed here by no coincidence.


Everything up until this moment has occurred for me to show you ways in how you can stand strong and heal in your own journey, whatever you might be going through, so you can feel the most at home you've ever felt, all the while not needing to belong anywhere in particular.


In sharing my story, I hope to evoke emotion within you, stir up beliefs you have about yourself and resonate with parts of you that hold sacred in your own story.


It has taken me a lot of time alone, a lot of journaling, crying, experimentation, and hanging on in there by a thread to come out the other side of something I didn't think was possible.


Some of the pieces you'll read here, come from a place of deep darkness that I never thought I'd share with anyone. From this, I'd hope you could feel a little less alone in your dark places and know I am with you and you are enough and your feelings are valid.


And some of the pieces come from a place of healed (and healing) energy that I want to share with you so you can experiment with what lifts a weight for you and gives you moments of wholeness to bring you back to yourself.


I hope you can lose yourself in my words and lie for a moment in the emotions they connect with.


So without hesitation, I invite you to find a quiet place, with a cup of tea and read on...

After sharing parts of my story on social media and speaking in the DM's with followers, I thought I would go all in and share the depths of what has helped me through my toughest times and give you a safe place to come for guidance on psychedelics, mindset, healing and inner work.
