TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to question everything you are
to question everything you know
to question everything you own.
TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to remove all you are attached to
to remove all that you identify with
to remove all that which gives you comfort.
TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to let go of expectations
to let go of judgment
to let go of control.
TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to release your identity
to release what's gone
to release your future.
TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to detach from material
to detach from past versions of you
to detach from who people think you are.
TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to know it's not a destination
to know you won't arrive
to know it's constantly an evolving journey.
TO KNOW YOURSELF
Is to be OK not knowing
to be content with detachment
to be. Just be.

One thing that most people say to me is: you seem to really know who you are.
What does that even mean? How did I get to 'that place'? Because I feel you never arrive 'there'.
You can be confident in who you are, but to really know who you are... is it somewhere you'd want to be? Because what else would there be to learn?
The evolving currency of energy means no 'destination' will be met. The fluidity of the ins and outs in your life and the timeline for each, brings another lesson each time.
To 'know yourself', in my eyes, is to relinquish who you think you are, who you think you were, and who you thought you'd be. And be ok with the detachment from it all.
