I remember seeking guidance from a meditation coach a couple of years ago šš¼
It was a time of turmoil š
Everything in me felt misaligned. Everything in me knew I should leave.
But also...
Everything in me wanted to stay š« Everything in me wanted and needed the familiarity.
During the meditation session, I was taken through a visualisation exercise where I found myself staring down two paths... vastly different from one another.
One path was straight, clear, and I could see the road ahead...
The other was dark, narrow, messy, windy, noisy šš¼ tsunami vibes š and I couldn't see what was ahead. It was unknown.
My intuition told me I needed to take the path unknown.
A scary prospect to say the least.
A couple of short weeks later, I was on a walk through a forest when I was suddenly flooded with anxiety and became tight-chested and short of breath.
So I sat down on a bench.
When I looked up, in front of me were two paths...
One wide and clear, I could see what was ahead.
The other was narrow, twisty, and overshadowed with trees and branches š® ...unknown.
The moment was surreal āØļø Metaphoric.
And it spoke volumes.
I did not want to take the path unknown, but the thought of staying where I was, knowing what my future would hold, was even more daunting.
Ask for a sign, and you will be guided šš¼
