My name is Kim Jinks
After working with the general public for many years in the wellbeing space, it became more and more apparent that the benefits of implementing mindfulness techniques into daily life extended to more than just personal development, but to productivity, attitude and attentiveness in the workplace. It is now my mission to improve organisational results by sharing my format of mindfulness techniques and practices to expand the movement of improving workplace wellness and productivity.
